Top Gear is back to BBC America on March 12, and the show's producer promises bigger and better cars to watch out for. The show will air on Sunday 8 P.M ET and followed by an after show called Extra Gear. Once again, fans of the hit show are bound to witness jaw-dropping cars, interesting locations, and other shenanigans.
Returning host such as Nürburing ace Sabine Schmitz, Formula One pundit Eddie Jordan, and The Stig will take part on the returning season of Top Gear. Matt LeBlanc, Chris Harris, and Rory Reid will also have tons of hosting duties due to the departure celebrity royalty, Chris Evans.
Of course, the primary focus of the show is the astonishing, and breathtaking brand new car. The show promised to deliver a formidable lineup starting from Bugatti Chiron, Ford GT, Ferrari FXX K, and the limited edition track-only version the LaFerrari hybrid supercar. Aston Martin DB11 is also confirmed to appear in the show. Plus, the most awaited comparison of Porsche 911 Turbo S convertible and Lamborghini Huracán Spyder in a four season road trip starting in Las Vegas, says Digital Trends.
Also, the show will also feature road trips from different locations. Some places are Cuba for the show's staple cheap car challenges, Kazakhstan, and a cruise to Monaco using a yacht made from Ssangyong Rodius minivan. According to the same source, Actor James McAvoy will also be the show's season premier guest.
To recall, the show's dubbed awkward celebrity interview was a big issue. The show switched the segment from "Star in a Reasonably Priced Car" to "Star in a Rallycross Car." But, this year's new Top Gear season will surely be a hit, and it is a guarantee.
