The Porsche 911 Turbo S has always been considered the luxury vehicle of the sports car brand. The 2017 model is an updated version that is better in all ways than the previous one.

Every Turbo S model just keeps getting faster and faster and the new Turbo S delivers on that expectation. Under the hood is now a direct fuel injection twin-turbocharged 3.8-liter six-cylinder engine capable of delivering 560 horsepower. Acceleration-wise, the new Turbo S is able to go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in under 3 seconds, 2.9 seconds to be specific.
The drive performance on the 911 Turbo S is impressively surprising for a street-legal 3,550-pound four-wheel drive vehicle. It is able to carry so much speed on tight corners and with amazing accuracy. One may want to push the 911 Turbo S on a track as it would be quite impossible to pull off driving it at full-speed oin public roads.
The new Turbo S is now actually on the 991.2 platform version. This basically means noticeable changes in the engine lid grille, taillights, and headlights along with some minor design changes on the front and the rear.
The 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo S sports a new 918-like sport steering wheel that, although smaller, is quite comfortable to hold. It has a mode selector for Normal, Sport, and Sport Plus drive modes plus a new Individual setting. The new Individual mode allows drivers to choose a setting for each system and also save them.
The updated model has a new infotainment touchscreen with online navigation, Wi-Fi connectivity, and Apple CarPlay support. The seven-speed PDK transmission shifter is now reversed meaning pushing the lever forward means a downshift and backward means upshift. The 911 Turbo S doesn't currently come in manual transmission.
