It was recently reported that PlayStation Network is down again and now is suffering a major network outage, its third in as many days. A lot of PS4 players are unable to sign-in or use system features such as online multiplayer due to the server issue.
The official PSN websites display: "Some services are experiencing issues." "Our engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible, and we thank you for your patience."
The outage prevents PlayStation players from signing in and creating a new PSN account. According to the company, players might also experience difficulty launching games, applications or online features such as the PS Now, PS Store, PS Video, and PS Music.
The Independent website Down Detector, which is capable of measuring social mentions around a particular topic to trace outages across the world showed problems throughout the UK, Europe and few areas of the United States. According to the results recorded by the Down Detector, several thousands of PSN users are being affected by the current PlayStation server outage.
One Twitter user tweeted: "Is PSN down again??" Another added, "PSN down on a Saturday morning? The world is on fire, and they decide to add fuel? How is PSN going to be down, you had to do it on the weekend @PSEU?"
It comes days after PSN was hit by the same outage, as fans were welcomed with maintenance error messages. In spite of the fact that there was no scheduled maintenance confirmed for that day.
Many players reported a WS-37432-9 error code, even though the issue was fixed in a very short period. Maybe the problem could be connected to the new PS4 update, which is currently being tested by beta members.
Days after the Playstation Plus games was revealed this month; Sony reported the external HDD support for the PlayStation 4. Good news for PS4 Pro owners, after NeoGAF has revealed plans to launch a Boost Mode for PS4 Pro.
