The spy photos reveal only the rear and front sections of the new Cabriolet were covered with the camouflage stickers, which hint on the areas getting some refresh. The main body was completely exposed, confirming the new Cabriolet will continue to sport the body of the current model.
Looking at the front section, the new Cabriolet has a camouflage near the grille which hints on getting a minor tweak. This section will most likely sport the brand's latest styling direction.
The headlamps were covered as well. This camouflage seems to confirm that the new Cabriolet will carry the latest light signature of BMW.
On the other hand, the rear section was heavily camouflaged teasing on major revisions. The bumper seems to be getting some refresh.
With regard to the tail lights, the heavy camouflage also teased it will be getting some graphic tweaks. The tail lights are reportedly featuring the newest LED Daytime Running Light pattern from BMW, which were first used in the 7 series.
Furthermore, the upcoming 2018 BMW 2 Series Cabriolet is expected to have the latest iDrive system. The interior can also be expected to get some minor refresh, Car Scoops reported.
