BlackBerry DTEK60 should and will not take the backseat anytime soon. Even with the official introduction of BlackBerry KeyOne very recently, the DTEK60 is still considered one of the best mobile devices to have for 2017, this is according to many experts.

BlackBerry KeyOne promises great features to be enjoyed by many smartphone users, however, many may be irked with the return of the physical keyboard as part of the phone. BlackBerry DTEK60 is a full phone, without any keyboards blocking the way. In this regard, users may still want to go for it, over other BlackBerry phones like the KeyOne or Priv.

According to Trusted Reviews, the BlackBerry DTEK60 offers just the right blend of features and specifications for the most discriminating smartphone users. It does not scream anything over-the-top, nor boast of top-of-the-class specifications and features. It just comfortably sits in one corner waiting to be discovered.

It has 5.5-inch AMOLED display. It is not the best as compared to other more expensive smartphones, but for its price range, it is one of the best. It has 2,560 x 1,440-pixel Quad HD resolution and 534ppi density. These are all key contributing factors for its display being more than good enough for users.

It also runs using Qualcomm Snapdragon 820CPU and paired with 4GB of RAM and Adreno 530GPU made it perform exceptionally well. Various applications opened in milliseconds which is definitely one of its selling points.

As added by Tech Radar, the BlackBerry DTEK60 also comes with a 21-megapixel rear facing camera perfect for capturing images. Though some experts say it is a little sub-par compared to its competitors, others think it is one of the best. The fingerprint scanner is also one of its key features, leveling up security.

Since the BlackBerry DTEK60 did not come with a physical keyboard, many believed that the Canadian-tech giant is veering away from it. Much to the surprise of industry experts, BlackBerry KeyOne again comes with that feature. KeyOne is expected to make it big as it is made available in the market this coming spring. BlackBerry DTEK60, on the other hand, is expected to continue making good sales especially for those who don't want to do anything with a physical keyboard.
