Its V6 engine has exhilarating acceleration. The diesel option is also very fuel efficient. Additionally, it has a very comfortable and controlled ride even with the sport-tuned models. It also has the best in class warranty.
Cons. The interior materials and construction are disappointing. Its backseat is also relatively cramped. Also, the auto stop-start system is crude.
Models. The 2017 Jaguar XE comes in four primary models: base, Premium, Prestige, and R-Sport. Each model can come with one of several engine choice. The engines models available are the following: 25t (gasoline four-cylinder), 20d (diesel four-cylinder), or 35t (gasoline six-cylinder). In particular, the base XE comes in either 25t or 20d, the Premium and Prestige come in all three engines, while the R-sport comes in 20d or 35t.

Verdict. The 2017 Jaguar XE is a fantastic addition to the small luxury sedan market. While there are already some excellent ones out there, the XE may prove to be one of the best options out there.
