The BlackBerry DTEK70 is one of the most anticipated mobile devices to be launched this year. Following the success of DTEK70, the DTEK70 is expected to deliver even better results. Its design and quality are reported to stay true and live up to the unbridled BlackBerry legacy.
The DTEK60 upon its release latter part of 2016 made a lot of good noise. It made the North American market be reintroduced to its once favorite mobile device brand (circa 2010 to 2013). Unfortunately, the Canadian manufacturer slowly drifted away from the scene, making its tough competitors like Apple overtake.
When it released DTEK60, BlackBerry slowly arose to become yet again a household name. riding on the hype that such model created, BlackBerry will release its DTEK70 model. During its conceptualization, it was given Mercury as its moniker.
The design of this anticipated mobile device is reported to be one that's interesting. According to Forbes, the BlackBerry DTEK70 will look like the Priv which was earlier released. As earlier mentioned, the said smartphone will stay true to the legacy of BlackBerry by sporting a full QWERTY keyboard seen on its previous models during its glory days.
It is also believed to boast with an impressive 18-megapixel camera sensor on its rear and an 8-megapixel for the front. Its battery is also notable having 3,400mAh which translates to considerably longer battery life.

Other notable reported features are 4.5 HD display. The device will also be coming with a 3GB built-in storage for ample space. This may not be the most favorable but can still deliver.
As added by GSM Arena, the location of the device's camera seems to be different. It is reported to be on the right side of the earpiece. If confirmed, the users may need to readjust to the new camera placement. The device will also be powered by Snapdragon 821 SoC and has a curved display.
It may not create that big of a buzz compared to the official release date of its rival iPhone 8, but BlackBerry DTEK70 has its own following anxiously waiting to get their hands to try the actual device. At this point, the best thing to do is to stay updated with its official release date soon to be announced.
