The 2016 Paris Motor Show has brought us spectacular cars, from SUVs, compacts, hybrids but most importantly, sports cars and supercars. The sports cars showcased are among those that have attracted most attention and are truly impressive. Here are the best sports cars we've seen at the event.

2017 Honda Civic Type-R

The new Honda Civic Type R 2017 is presented as a prototype at the Paris Motor Show but as early as now, people are already clamoring for it to be released in the market as soon as possible. Its beastly look, together with its beastly performance of over 300hp power, makes it one of the most sought out cars of today.

LaFerrari Aperta

The convertible version of the LaFerrari has been showcased in the Paris Motor Show, although, unlike most manufacturers, it is a display model, as the LaFerrari Aperta was already delivered exclusively to customers of the brand at a private event, in which sales of all units has been sold out. It has a canvas roof that can be attached to another hardtop carbon fiber purchased separately. This impressive low supercar can reach 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds and has a top speed of 350 km/h.

Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster and GT-C

Mercedes has landed in Paris with two convertibles interpretations of its sporty two-seater, embodied in the Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster and Mercerdes-AMG GT-C Roadster, both with the gasoline engine V8 4.0, but the first of them in the power level 476 hp and the second, stretched up to 557 hp. You could say that the GT-C Roadster is the convertible Mercedes-AMG GT-R version, although the latter has 47 hp more in it.

Mini Clubman John Cooper Works
