Mazda Motor Corporation will be unveiling the new CX-4 crossover at the Beijing Motor Show on April 25. But weeks before the auto show, many already had the chance to take a glimpse of the upcoming car model.
A Chinese website has released leaked photos of Mazda CX-4 showing the design of the latest addition to Mazda's crossover line. The car has a "CX-4" label on the door side confirming that it is the soon to be released model of the company. Another image of the Mazda CX-4 was released by Car and Driver on its official Twitter account.

The leaked photos show that the vehicle is lower but longer than the Mazda CX-5 model. The former is said to be 175 mm lower and 78 mm longer than the latter while keeping the same wheelbase length and width.
The signature grille of Mazda is still present in the new model. LED technology and slim headlights are added also added to the car. The CX-4 looks sporty with its stylish roofline which can be observed in the other models of the car maker's crossover line. It can be observed that it is inspired by the Mazda Koeru concept of the company.
In terms of mechanical features, drivers will not be disappointed with the two four-cylinder petrol engines of the vehicle. According to the news portal, CX-4 adopted the 158 HP 2.0-liter and the 192 HP 2.5-liter engines of the CX-5.
The highly anticipated Mazda model will only be available in the Chinese market, at first, Car and Driver reports. It is believed that it will soon be available in the U.S. market considering the potential sales of the vehicle but the Japanese automaker has not yet confirmed any of the speculations.
More details about the Mazda CX-4 Crossover SUV will be unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show which will be held at the end of the month. Besides the model, other vehicles and technology will also be presented by the company.
