Kate Upton Prom: High School Student Asks Super Model To Big Dance In YouTube Video (WATCH)

Spring can be a stressful time of year for high school students, especially seniors who aren't in a committed relationship. This of course means having to scramble around to find a date for senior prom, causing thousands of teens to think of the best way possible to get a guy or girl to agree to go with them.

Los Angeles high school student Jake Davidson decided to think outside the box for his proposal, creating a YouTube video that has since gone viral. It's not the request that has thousands of people running to their computer screens and smartphones to view the video, but rather the person Davidson is asking: super model Kate Upton.

The idea has been successful in the past, like when two U.S. Marines asked Mila Kunis and Justin Timberlake to be their dates to the prestigious Marine Corps Ball. Both were more than willing to go and accepted the invitations.

The only problem that may get in the daring teen's way is the former AL MVP pitcher that Upton might be dating.

Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander has been linked to Upton for more than a year now, but both have stated on a number of occasions that they're just friends. If they are in fact dating, the pitcher would most likely have to agree to the teen's request as well.

The model has had a busy year so far, as she was the first to appear on back-to-back Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issues since Carolyn Murphy in 2005-06 according to SportsIllustrated.com.

Since appearing on her first SI cover in 2012, she's since been on the cover of magazines like Vogue, Vogue Italia and V Magazine. She's even tried out acting, appearing in movies such as "The Three Stooges," and "Tower Heist" according to IMDB.

The blonde bombshell was also recently the cause of controversy for her role in the 2013 Mercedes-Benz Super Bowl commercial. Many people felt that the company allowed Upton to show too much skin in a commercial that was seen by approximately 108 million people, including thousands of children.

So what do you think? Should Upton say yes or turn the kid down?
