Danny DeVito Reunites With Rhea Pearlman After Surprising Separation (VIDEO)

After reportedly dealing with a midlife crisis this fall, actor Danny DeVito and his wife Rhea Pearlman are back together according to a report by the Inquisitr.

The "Taxi" actor shockingly spilt with his wife of 30 years in Oct. 2012 to begin a life as a bachelor. DeVito reportedly had been "running around" with other women, and Pearlman grew tired of his cheating ways.

"Danny has been moving heaven and Earth to win Rhea back, and it has worked," a source told Radar Online this week. "He pampered her with spa treatments, took her out for expensive dinners and made sure she felt special again.

DeVito didn't fight the split and even embraced it by appearing at events in flashy sports cars and opened up to anyone who would listen in Hollywood about how he was doing.

A source close to the actor even stated he was trying to "emulate" his onetime co-star Jack Nicholson. The two appeared together in five movies including "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," "Mars Attacks!" and "Hoffa" according to IMDB.

The actor's feelings quickly changed however, as he appears ready to get back together with his wife and "best friend" according to People.com.

"Danny hasn't got a better friend on this planet than Rhea," said a source to Radar Online. "They are the perfect couple, share the same playful sense of humor and were made for each other.

DeVito and Pearlman met over 40-years-ago when he was working on Broadway and were married when the two were both starring on the long-time hit television show "Taxi."
