When most people customize their car it usually doesn't involve a million Swarovski crystals.
Well that's exactly what one Russian woman did, who decided owning a Mercedes in general wasn't enough.
Daria Radionova, a 21-year-old business student, customized her $41,000 Mercedes CLS 350 with $33,000 worth of crystals because she wanted the vehicle to be "unique."
"I wanted to have something unique and do something special," Radionova said to the Daily Mail. "The people who did it came over from Russia and worked for 12 hours a day for two months on the car. I am really happy with it and I am looking forward to driving it around."
She added that the crystal encrusted vehicle gets "lots of attention" from people who walk or drive by, and has almost caused a couple of car crashes.
"It has only just been finished and everywhere I go people stop to have a look at it. It gets lots of attention from people walking by and in cars. Sometimes I think they might crash. Everyone is taking pictures of it. When I sell the car I will give the money to charity," she said.
Her Benz was first seen when she parked it next to a hotel in Knightsbridge, an exclusive residential area in central London.
"We have seen a lot of unusual cars like Ferraris parked outside but I think this one has got the most attention," said a manager of a nearby store, according to the Daily Mail. "If you have the cash why not do it? It looks good and fun."
Radionova, who founded a python and crocodile leather jackets company, posts pictures and videos of her adventures on her Instagram.
