General Motors has announced that its 2015 GMC Sierra All Terain HD, a new variant of the heavy-duty Sierras, will hit dealerships this summer.
The automaker claims the new truck is tough enough to handle touch jobs and a night out on the town.
The Sierra All Terrain HD is available on 2500HD and 3500HD double cab and crew cab models in SLE or SLT trims, according to a company release.
Four-wheel drive is a standard feature, along with the Z71 Off Road package with a skid plate, hill-descent control, and Rancho twin-tube shocks.
The automaker confirmed that the Sierra All Terrain HD can be ordered with the 6.0-liter V8 engine or the 6.6-liter turbodiesel V8.
Interested customers can also expect a chrome surround on the grille, 18-inch six-spoke chrome cast-aluminum wheels, and exterior graphics.
The Sierra All Terrain HD competes with vehicles like the 2014 Ford F-150 and Ram trucks, among others.
Pricing hasn't been announced yet.
