General Motors has announced its new 2015 Chevrolet City Express will be sold for $22,950, including a $995 shipping fee.
The company hopes its two-passenger small cargo van will sell well among small business owners.
Standard features listed by the automaker for the base City Express LS model includes: power windows, solid rear doors with optional tinted-glass windows, and a center console storage with a standard file folder bin.
Dual rear sliding doors, 40/60 split rear cargo doors that open 90 and 180 degrees, and a 12-volt power outlet are also standard.
The City Express comes standard with a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine. The engine has been rated at 131 horsepower, according to the automaker.
Chevrolet says the vehicle has a payload capacity of approximately 1,500 pounds.
The City Express LT has been priced for a base price of $24,510, including shipping.
Competitors to the City Express include the 2014 Nissan NV200 and 2014 Ford Transit Connect van.
Interested customers can expect the City Express will reach Chevrolet dealerships sometime during the fourth quarter, according to a company press release.
