Apple will supposedly launch its "in-car operating system" during next week's Geneva Motor Show, according to a report by Financial Times.
Sources told the publication that Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo have been named the program's first partners.
The "iOS in the Car" system will supposedly allow drivers access to their music, maps, voice calls, text, Siri and more, through an occupant's infotainment system, according to the report.
Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and Volvo were announced as partners when Apple first unveiled the functionality at the WWCD 2013.
The three automakers, along with Nissan and Alfa Romeo, previously worked with Apple in 2005 to get iPod integration into car stereo systems. Needless to say, they succeeded.
Apple's project has remained under the radar since debuting, though a few automakers have implemented Siri Eyes Free technology into their vehicles.
No company has incorporated iOS in the Car as of yet.
Many Apple executives have been having issues getting the project ready for market, according to the report, which is likely why it hasn't launched yet.
The 84th Geneva Motor Show is being held at the Geneva PalExpo in Switzerland from March 6-16.
