Lexus has released a teaser photo of its new concept vehicle set to debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show this fall.
The photo released this week only shows the vehicle's headlight and grille.
Lexus has yet to announce what the concept car will be called, but it is expected to be the next Lexus RC coupe.
The automaker's next vehicle is expected to rival the BMW 4 Series and Audi A5 according to Edmunds.
The new vehicle will be unveiled officially on Sept. 10. Make sure to check back then for more information.
Expect the new coupe will arrive at U.S. dealerships by 2014 according to Lexus.
Rumored specs for the new vehicle include a 3.5L engine capable of generating 306hp. This is good news for fans of the IS and GS sedans, which features the same engine.
A RC-F performance model will also be revealed, but not until January at the Detroit Auto Show.
The new RC-F will be powered by a 460-hp V-8, an increase from the 416 hp available in the current IS-F sedan.
Approximately 2 million Toyota and Lexus hybrid vehicles have been sold in the U.S. this past year in the U.S. according to a company press release.
