iPhone 5S, 6 Release Date Rumors: What to Expect From Apple in September

The next Apple device is expected to be unveiled on Sept. 10 at a scheduled press event according to multiple media outlets.

What isn't known however is what device Apple will decide to go with next?

A number of experts feel Apple is preparing to release not one device, but two, called the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C (also referred to as the iPhone Lite).

KnowYourMobile reported earlier this week a number of different specs that they believe Apple will include with the iPhone 5S. Some of those specs include:

-12-megapixel camera

-4-inch 1136x640 pixel display

-A7 quad core processor

-different color options

Other rumored specs have been mentioned like a fingerprint sensor, retina+ display, dual LED flash and wireless charging.

The device could also be waterproof, but nothing has been confirmed officially by Apple.

The iPhone 5C is expected to be a cheaper, but similar, version of the iPhone 5S according to the International Business Times.

USB analyst Steve Milunovich believes Apple is going to reveal the two phones next month, and also made a bold prediction about the iPhone 5C.

Milunovich feels that the Light will not only outsell the 5S, but it will sell 92 million units by the end of 2014, and will represent more than half of all iPhone sales.

If the iPhone 5S isn't revealed, expect the same or similar specs for the iPhone 6.
