Samsung has yet to officially reveal when its Galaxy Note 3 will be released, but that hasn't stopped people from speculating.
The current rumor is that the new phone is set for a fall release, as early as September, but this has yet to be confirmed or denied by Samsung.
The first model was released a little over two years ago and the company made the Galaxy Note 2 due to its predecessor's success.
Each Note device has come with a bigger screen, a trend Samsung is unlikely to change with the Note 3. Current rumors have speculated that the new device will have a 5.9-inch screen with full HD resolution according to iOS Doc.com.
Other reports have indicated the Note 3 will have a flexible or unbreakable screen, a rumor that circulated for the previous two Note devices but didn't happen.
Various prototypes are reportedly in the works for the Note 3, but none of the rumors have indicated Samsung will use premium build materials according to HNGN.com.
If the Galaxy S4 is any indication for what kind of specs people can expect for the Note 3, it could contain the same 1.6GGhz Exynos 5 Octa processor used in some S4 devices.
The phone is also expected to have a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera and the updated TouchWiz interface according to HNGN.com.
No word has been released regarding if the device will use either Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean or Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie according to the International Business Times.
