While the iPhone 6 won't be out anytime soon, Apple is scheduled to hold a press event on June 10th where they're expected to reveal the next generation of Apple's successful line of iPhone devices.

It's widely believed that the company will introduce the iPhone 5S at their highly anticipated meeting this June, and if the 5S is revealed, don't expect the iPhone 6 to be revealed for at least another six months.

Jefferies analyst Peter Misek said earlier this month that he strongly believes the iPhone 6 will be out around June 2014, which would mean the device has another year before hitting stores according to the International Business Times.

If the iPhone 6 doesn't hit shelf's until June 2014, the iPhone 5S should be out sometime this fall or at least towards the end of 2013.

To keep Apple fans excited until next year, and iPhone 6 concept video has made its way to the internet to provide an early glimpse at what the future iPhone could be like.

Designers Ran Avni and Uygar Kaya released their latest iPhone 6 concept video on May 20 on YouTube. The video is called, "iPhone 6 Concept - Wireless Charging, Water Resistant, Notification LEDs."

Wireless charging capability has long been speculated for the next iPhone device, but Apple could wait until the iPhone 6 is released to formally introduce this form of technology if there are too many bugs to work out.

Another one of the more popular rumors surrounding the iPhone 6 is a higher resolution display, and Misek claims Apple is working hard towards introducing Retina+ display for either the iPhone 5S or the iPhone 6.

The iPhone 6 is expected to have a larger screen as well, which could be closer to 4.8-inches, similar to the Galaxy S 3 according to GottaBeMobile.com. Regardless of the size, the new screen is expected to be water and dust proof if Apple has their way.

Misek confirmed that "several" iPhone 6 prototypes have been floating around lately, which comes as some surprise considering they haven't even formally introduced the iPhone 5S yet.

The iPhone 5S is expected to run on iOS 7, meaning the iPhone 6 would probably get its own operating system as well. This could either mean iOS 8 or even 9 depending how fast they want to release the new phone.
