The BMW M4 GT4 is expected to undergo more rigorous testing at Nurburgring this coming weekend. It has also been recently teased, revealing some important details prior to its official debut that is set for January 2018.
The BMW M4 GT4 still remains somehow a mystery in terms of its technical specifications. It is still not certain how different it is from its predecessor, the M3 GT4. However, the teaser photos made available give a little bit more information. Stress should be on "a little bit more information" as it did not really offer so much, hence called a teaser.
The overall look of the car can be derived from the teaser photo. It shows a massive fixed rear wing at the back. The front bumper has received carbon fiber diffuser at the bottom. The M4 GT4 is reported not to race this weekend, however, extensive testing is set to be done.
BMW recently has launched the sales phase of the latest GT4 contender at "The Ring." This is exactly the venue of its ongoing testing phase. The BMW M4 GT4 is priced at $189,000. It is expected to come in a ready-to-race comprehensive starter package. This is possible through BMW Motorsport Director Jens Marquardt's showcase of motorsport expertise.

He said in a recent interview that the launch of BMW M4 GT4 is definitely one the highlights of his career as BMW Motorsport Director. The start of the sales phase is considered a milestone for BMW.
The BMW M4 GT4 is believed to use different development bits from M6 GT3. Its engine and transmission are patterned after the BMW M4 Coupe. The carbon bonnet is from BMW M4 GTS. This is a conglomeration of technologies and aesthetics from impressive BMW lineup.
Given that eh BMW M4 GT4 is a combination of great traits of other BMW cars, it is expected to be one of the best upon official debut. Industry experts and car enthusiasts all hope that the January 2018 debut happens.
