Nissan will be adding more Nissan NISMO cars in the future. The famous auto brand is set to make more "appealing products" in the coming years with the help of its NISMO Cars Business Department.
The popular brand is all set to expand its NISMO division and its NISMO CEO Takao Katagiri mentioned that "Nismo road cars will make customers enjoy Nissan cars more than ever." With this new move, Nissan is hoping that its prime models will increase in sales and even exceed its current sale of 15,000 units per year.
Soon countries like its North America, Middle East, Europe and even its mother country Japan will have more Nissan NISMO cars. It is planning to produce more of these cars in a shorter period of time.
It can be recalled that the first official Nismo lineup was the Juke Nismo, then the 370Z Nismo followed by the GT-R Nismo sports car. Then there's the 1.6-liter turbo four engine 6 -speed 2017 Nissan Sentra NISMO.
The car competes with Mazda 3 2.5L and Honda Civic Hatchback with 60 mph in 7.3 seconds. The Middle East also have the Patrol Nismo and there's the NISMO Note and Micra in other countries.
NISMO performance can be compared to Mercedes-AMG, M and RS car models. These models are equally fast and well-equipped when it comes to innovation and technology.
Rumors are speculating that Nissan might try to make NISMO versions of Micra and Pusar, as well as the Qashqai. Some are even thinking of making all Nissan models having the NISMO badge. Who knows? It might be possible. Anything can happen nowadays, especially with the tough competition between auto brands. Each brand is aiming to offer something better and unique to their followers.
Nissan will continue to innovate and produce Nissan NISMO cars. Expect more from this multinational and notably one of the best car manufacturers in the world.
