The 2017 Shanghai Auto Show has begun today and has impressed the press with high-profile launches. The show gives a glimpse of the latest designs and advancements in the automotive industry.
The 17th Shanghai Auto Show has started today with press conferences, offering a wide array of new concept cars and models. The show has greatly improved, which can now rival the auto shows in Geneva, New York and Tokyo.
Here is an updated list of launches from the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show. These high-profile launches are to die for!
AUDI E-TRON SPORTBACK. The new E-Tron Sportback has been confirmed to be fully electric at the Shanghai Auto Show. The new model is scheduled to go on sale by 2020.
BMW M4 CS. This model is the lighter, more powerful and speedier M4 with 3.0-liter twin-turbo straight-six engine that can deliver 454bhp. The new M4 CS will arrive in the showrooms later this year.
CITROEN C5 AIRCROSS. The Aircross Concept has been finally witnessed via a production version at the Shanghai Auto Show. The C5 Aircross impressed the crowd with its sleek SUV design.
LEXUS NX FACELIFT. The new NX has been launched with some refreshes. The automaker boasts that the interior will have more convenient interiors.
LYNK & CO 01 & 03. The Lynk & Co 01 has been launched as a premium SUV, while the 03 Concept saloon was also introduced. The Lynk & Co 01 will come out with the latest connectivity features designed for Western and Eastern markets.

MERCEDES-BENZ S-CLASS & CONCEPT A. The 2018 Mercedes-Benz S-Class took center stage at the Shanghai Auto Show which boasts of its abundant latest technology features. Mercedes also introduced the Concept A Sedan as the next generation of the brand's A-Class, which has narrower, taller and longer size than the current model.
MG E-MOTION CONCEPT. The MG E-Motion concept is the fully electric sports car concept of the brand. The automaker did not unveil many details but only teased that the E-Motion is capable of 0-62mph in just four seconds.
RENAULT R.S 2027 VISION CONCEPT. Renault has presented its vision for the possible look of Formula 1 after ten years. The brand showed a teaser image which includes LED lights integrated on the front wing. The cockpit also features a glass canopy.
VOLKSWAGEN I.D. CROZZ SUV. This is the latest crossover concept from Volkswagen which is the third member of the brand's EV lineup. Volkswagen claims that this new SUV makes 310-mile range.
