Since its release, "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" has been making waves for its groundbreaking storyline. Now, Nintendo has released updates for Nintendo Switch and Wii U console.
Upcoming Links. The game developers will be releasing three new versions of Link coming from Majora's Mask, Twilight Princess, and Skyward Sword. Expect that an Amiibo figure from "Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess" will be part of the game.
"The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" guidebook confirmed that there will be two outfits, Skyward Sword outfit, and Fierce Deity outfit, that can be currently collected. This update will be present in Nintendo Switch and Wii U on June 23.
Game Patch 1.1.2. Just recently, Nintendo released a brand new game patch that fixes issues in the game. The adjustments were made for users to have a better gaming experience.
Even though, the game developers did not release a list of the issues Patch 1.1.2 can fix. It is noteworthy that it was able to fix errors on infinite arrow exploits that have been affecting Link and the Bakoblin archers.
Before, there were glitches whenever Link picks up arrows from the Bakoblin archers. With the new patch, the archers will only shoot a specific number of arrows that Link could pick up. The new update is available right now.
Game Sales. "The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is having impressive sales. Nintendo managed to sell 1.3 million units from Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
In the US, the game developers manage to sell 925,000 copies of Nintendo Switch. On the other hand, Nintendo managed to ship 460,000 copies of the Wii U version.
It is important to note that the game developers sold the game more than they sold Nintendo Switch. The developers believe that this is because of the eagerness of its users to collect the limited version of the game.
The "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" was released on March 3. It is an open-world game that focuses on an amnesiac Link who wakes up after years of slumbers and must defeat the Calamity Ganon.
