Kia Motors revealed this week the base price for their new 2014 Cadenza model in a company press release.
The new vehicle will be offered in one trim level with a starting price of $351,100, including the $800 destination and handling fee. The Cadenza goes on sale later this month according to Kia.
The European-inspired model offers a number of standard features like keyless entry, UVO eServices, Bluetooth, an eight-inch touch screen, and an advanced navigation system with Sirius XM. Rear Camera Display and 550-watt Infinity 12-inch speaker audio system is also standard with the new model.
"The all-new Cadenza is a world-class Kia for the emerging space between mainstream and luxury and will appeal to discerning shoppers in the market for an upscale sedan," said Tom Loveless, executive vice president of sales, KMA according to a company press release. "We're confident that Cadenza's sophisticated styling, luxuriously appointed cabin and long list of available technology will make it a strong contender in the marketplace."
The Cadenza offers two optional packages: Luxury and Technology according to Kia.
The Luxury Package includes a panoramic sunroof and power retractable sunshade. Nappa leather trim with heated rear outboard seats, HID headlamps with adaptive front lighting system, a heated steering wheel with power tilt and telescoping capabilities are standard for the Luxury option. The model with the Luxury package will be available for $38,000 according to Kia.
The Technology Package comes with standard an electric parking brake, Blind Spot Detection System, Advanced Smart Cruise Control, 19-inch alloy wheels, and Lane Depature Warning system according to Kia. The Cadenza with the Technology package will be sold for $41,000.
