Once again, Dodge made its followers excited as the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon releases its final video teaser entitled "Judgement Day" before the actual unveiling on the 2017 New York International Auto Show. The car is expected to have a stellar release in the global debut on April 11, 2017.
The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon is definitely the much-awaited car at the 2017 New York Auto Show but unfortunately, the last video did not contain any additional information about the car. The famous auto brands didn't even mention about the rumored 1,000-horsepower on racing fuel.
Just like in the previous teasers, Dodge shows the 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon in an undisclosed Dodge test facility. The car is seen being prepped for a trip down the 1320-foot dragstrip and the video showed the crate of tools and spare parts opened.
The next scene shows overhead light illuminating the track as the night falls. And then there's a voiceover, just before the lights drop, saying "You will always remember our name." After the drag race has reached the end of the race track, the voiceover says "And what we did here today."
In the same video, there is also a shot of a drag strip timeslip that prints out at the end but was intentionally sway out of focus, to make viewers leave in questions in determining anything besides a trap speed in the three digits. The video was a timely release a day after revealing that 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon will have the ability to run on race gas. The foregoing new footage of the car also shows some occasional glimpse inside the anticipated "Demon Crate."
The 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon makes its global debut next Tuesday, with live-streaming coverage that car enthusiast will have a chance to avail on the official Demon website. The New York International Auto Show will run from April 14, through April 23rd, 2017. As of this writing, Dodge hasn't given any further details on what car lovers can expect until the actual car's release.
