The highly anticipated successor of OnePlus 3 is believed to carry the name OnePlus 5, instead of OnePlus 4. The Chinese manufacturer, OnePlus, is reportedly skipping the unlucky number 4 in its upcoming powerful smartphone.
Amidst the many rumors circulating the mill, the latest posting at MySmartPrice seems to have leaked all the details of the upcoming phone. The MySmartPrice is an independent website serving as a shopping assistant that has an office based in Hyderabad, India.
It seems that the shopping assistant has already acquired the official details of OnePlus 5 as it has already a posting of the anticipated smartphone in its website. Although the pricing was posted in Indian currency, Rupee, the specs were already posted for our feasting.
According to the post, the upcoming mobile phone is set to be launched on June 30, 2017. The new smartphone is described to have great hardware and powerful specs.

On the inside, the OnePlus 5 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. It will have a huge 8GB of RAM and an internal storage of 128GB with UFS 2.1 technology. Buyers can also avail of the 64GB variant which comes with a cheaper price tag.
The new smartphone will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. It also comes with an inbuilt application locker to lock and hide confidential and personal data of the user. There is a fingerprint scanner mounted in front to unlock the device.
In terms of display, the new smartphone has a QHD AMOLED (2560x1440) display. Its 5.5-inch screen is also protected by the new Gorilla Glass 5 from Corning.
Shutter geeks will love the 23-megapixel main camera from Sony featured in the upcoming mobile phone. There is also a secondary camera with a 16-megapixel sensor. It boasts of its capacity to record Full HD videos at 120 FPS and 4K videos at 30FPS.
Furthermore, the OnePlus 5 is equipped with a battery backup which has increased with the use of 3,400 mAh sealed battery. The new smartphone still has the Dash Charge technology from its predecessor which has the ability to charge 60 percent of the battery in just 30 minutes.
The highly anticipated OnePlus 5 is reportedly selling at ₹34,999 ($540) in India. OnePlus has not released an official announcement regarding the price tag and specs so it remains to be seen if the details from the Indian site are confirmed.
