The all-new 2018 Skoda Kodiaq Sportline made its world debut at the 2017 Geneva Internation Motor Show. Its design is specifically developed for the sporty model variant that shapes both the exterior and interior.
The new Sportline, with its new individual interior and exterior design, highlights the agility and dynamism of the automaker's large SUV above all else. This new model combines its distinct appearance with a versatile nature of the Skoda Kodiaq.
The exterior length is at 4.70 meters that offer up to seven seats as well as the largest amount of interior space and largest boot capacity within its lineup. The design of the brand new all-rounder features the brand's design identity and highlights a good mixture of emotiveness and rationality.
The all-new 2018 Skoda Kodiaq Sportline offer a host of sporty visual-only enhancements including black roof rails, wing mirror housing, and side window trim. It also has body-coloured side trims, radiator grille, tinted rear, and second-seat side windows. In addition, exclusive 19-inch alloy wheels come standard, with 20-inch versions on the options list for the Sportline variant, which also comes with a front wing badge to signify its spec.
On the inside, the Sportline's interior is equipped with a leather-trimmed steering wheel and gear lever, Alcantara seats with electronic adjustments and memory function for the driver, aluminum pedals, and folding side mirrors. Other features include Alcantara door inserts with silver stitching, ten-colour LED ambient lighting, oil and coolant temperatures, a multi-functional display which shows the turbo pressure, and current engine output and G-force levels.
Under the hood, there is a choice of two petrol and two diesel engines available for the new Sportline. Engines available are 1.4 TSI 100kW, 2.0 TSI 132 kW, 2.0 TDI 110 kW, and a 2.0 TDI 140 kW.
The 2018 Skoda Kodiaq Sportline is available with AWD as standard. Furthermore, it also equipped with modern infotainment systems such as a 9.2-inch monitor, Columbus navigation system, a Wi-Fi hotspot and LTE module. The automatic Emergency function will also come standard. The new Sportline will hit the market around the third quarter of this year.
