After almost 2 decades of being absent in the market, Alfa Romeo, also belonging from the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, is now back with their latest offering the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV. If the previously 4C model is not enough, then get ready for more with their new car offering.
Following the previous introduction of the 4C in the market, the Giulia QV offers sophistication and quality performance. Potential buyers will surely be impressed with what this car offer. The Giulia, belonging to the top of the line Quadrifoglio line, carries the name Giulia Quadrifoglio Verde or QV according to Car Advice. Giulia is from the Italian word Julia while Quadrifoglio means 4-leaf clover. This clover emblem can be clearly seen at the front fenders. On the other hand, Alfa means Anonima Lombarda Fabbrica Automobili which means Lombard Automobile Factory a public company founded in 1910.
Providence Journal mentioned that the 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is a 4-door sedan with a stylish and sophisticated design. The exteriors have 19-inch aluminum wheels, Bi-Xenon headlights, 4-rear chrome exhaust tailpipes, functional vents at the front and fenders just to name a few. It has a 505 hp V6 engine plus twin turbochargers with an amazing 443 lb-ft of torque with top speeds of 191 mph. There are different drive modes that can be selected: Natural, Advanced, Dynamic, Race and Efficiency.
If choosing the default mode of driving, drivers can experience a quiet exhaust coupled with relaxed driving. Driving is smooth and easy. Once shifted to the Race or Dynamic mode, everything changes. The exhaust becomes rather deep and louder while the response of the throttle, steering and gear shift sharpens whereby the active suspension becomes activated.
Inside, there is a bolstered seat for the driver which helps in hugging the torso for driving at high speed. There is an infotainment screen which allows for Bluetooth phone connection plus a Harman Kardon sound system for listening pleasures. The 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia QV is being offered with a starting price of $72,000 as shown in Alfa Romeo's website.
