Nokia is not ditching the physical home button as some manufacturers did. The home button is embedded with a fingerprint sensor for faster locking and unlocking. The finger print scanner is on the back of the phone. As many flagship Android smartphones, the Nokia P1 is going to run Android 7.0 Nougat edition. With this software, the users are able to get all the features of Google’s Android software, including multi-windows apps, better battery life, and security. However, the Google Assistant feature is only available in Android 7.1 Nougat and above.

According to Dailystar, Nokia P1 is going to be powered by the same top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor that is currently in the Galaxy S8. It will have 6GB of RAM and the option of either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The phone will come with 3,500mAh battery that should be able to withstand a whole day of use on a single charge. It is still unknown if the phone will have wireless charging, but it does come with USB Type-C connection with quick charge capabilities.

Nokia P1 will have 22.6-megapixel primary, rear-mounted camera. It will feature a Carl Zeiss-made lens for extra clarity, and it’ll come with auto-focus, flash, HDR and OIS.
