Apple revealed today that Voice Assist Inc., an award-winning provider of mobile speech and handsfree solutions, has released an app for smartphone devices like the iPhone 5. The news was revealed through a company press release.

The Voice Assist app is a safe driving app that allows drivers to use their voice to send calls, emails, and text messages. Using the app also allows users to post to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter without having to type anything.
The app was designed for drivers who want to be productive while driving, and the Voice Assist app allows drivers to be just that. After subscribing, all users need to do is tap once to form a "continuous voice connection" according to the press release.
This allows people to focus on getting to their destination, worry about other drivers and weather conditions, without having to look or touch their phones.
"The real advantage of Voice Assist is our continuous voice connection that lets drivers multi-task with voice commands while driving with both hands on the wheel" said Michael Metcalf, CEO of Voice Assist according to the press release. "Clients just download the app, sync their contacts to the cloud and install the VA button on their home screen. The rest is all talk."

Those who are new subscribers can use Voice Assist for free for approximately 25 minutes per month. Users can add additional minutes by upgrading their subscription through the Voice Assist website.
