Dodge revealed this week that they will be releasing a new Dart GT vehicle in 2013 that will feature a heavy-duty suspension and improved interior design. The company made the announcement in a press release issued on the Dodge website.

Dodge has been making Dart GT models since 1963, and since then they have been able to keep their loyal fan base happy by constantly improving areas that need adjustments, while keeping the features that long time fans love. The features that attracted people to the vehicle when it was introduced was its "heavy duty suspension" and ride and handling characteristics according to Dodge.
"The new Dart GT embodies the best attributes that compact car buyers are looking for, including outstanding style, performance, technology and value," said Reid Bigland , President and CEO Dodge Brand in the press release.
For the 2013 vehicle, Dodge delivered a sport-tuned suspension that should please Dart enthusiasts, while also adding racetrack LED taillamps, and an integrated dual exhaust. Buyers can chose from a six-speed manual or six-speed PowerTech automatic AutoStick option for the new Dart GT. 18-inch Hyper Black Aluminum Wheels and a Hyper Black grille will be standard for the new Dart according to the press release.
Buyers will also have a choice between 12 different exterior colors for no extra charge, including Header Orange, Blue Streak, Redline Red, Bright White and Pitch Black.
Other features that interested customers will find inside the vehicle includes a new 8.4-inch touchscreen, perforated heated Nappa Leather seats, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, and a power sunroof according to Dodge. A Technology Group push-button is also standard for the 2013 model, which allows keyless Enter 'N Go, rain sensing wipers, and blind spot monitoring according to Dodge.

"With 184 horsepower, 18-inch aluminum wheels, sport suspension, premium leather interior and several class-exclusive features, the Dart GT represents the sweet spot in the compact car market, offering mid-size roominess combined with premium amenities for only $20,995 MSRP," said Bigland in the press release.
The 2013 GT model is just the latest edition to the Dart family, which also includes the Dart SE, Rallye, Aero, SXT and Limited vehicles.
The Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price for the new Dodge Dart GT is just $20,995.
