According to Car and Driver, the SUV is impressively bigger as it comes with a wheelbase 2.9-inches bigger compared to the Countryman released years back. There is also additional 8.5-inches in total length and 1.3-inches in width. This makes the 2017 Mini Countryman as the king of all of Mini lineup.
The Countryman is based on the same front-wheel-drive platforms being supported by the BMW X1. Though the most recent update, it doesn't have drastic changes compared to the outgoing model. It just has an additional angularity, longer windows, and an additional conventional liftgate.

The 2017 Mini Countryman also has interesting interior because of its rectangular central TFT screen which is positioned in the round central element. This can be ordered as touchscreen. It also offers Country Timer which monitors the duration and intensity of driving when faced with slippery, tilted, and unpaved road conditions.
Standard equipment for the latest Countryman includes oversized sunroof, keyless entry, backup camera, rear parking sensors, and much more. These may also be found on other SUVs, but Mini offers the uniqueness that makes it incomparable.
