BlackBerry DTEK60 is definitely out and it is about to put BlackBerry in the consciousness of many people again. BlackBerry is one of the top smartphone producers from 2008 to 2012 until it slowed down to oblivion. After years of rest, it came out with this device released middle of 2016 and has been steadily getting good reviews.
BlackBerry had good years of rest. They certainly have their reason for being out in the market but that is not the important issue. The remarkable news is that it is back and apparently has the best device to use for that specific purpose. The DTEK60 may not be as hyped as iPhone 7 or the unfortunate Note 7 which eventually met its demise shortly after its release, but it is slowly but surely getting critical acclaim.
It is not a perfect device. It will even have an updated version believed to be called the DTEK70 which now kept under the code name Mercury. Some may prefer its more popular counterparts, but those who tried it are not disappointed. Words are spreading like wildfire, making the device one of the most coveted in a quiet way.
According to Trusted Reviews, the design is patterned after Alcatel Idol 4S and Vodafone Smart Platinum 7, only it carried the BlackBerry logo obviously. While others think it looks like a knock-off of those less-popular phone models, many did not seem to mind.
Many are impressed with its fingerprint scanner, taking security to a whole new advanced level. Another noteworthy feature is its insane 21-megapixel rear-facing camera which makes for a crisp and sharp photo capturing. Even better is it is also capable of taking 4K videos, something that is not included in most smartphones available in the market.
Another great review of the @Blackberry #DTEK60. Called "one of the best phones of 2016". https://t.co/ncBzkSOiQG #mostsecurephone

Its display also is also impressive for having 2560 x 1440-pixel QUAD HD Resolution which is responsible for super-high 534ppi density. This makes the screen more than good enough for regular smartphone users.
As added by CNET, according to its review, the BlackBerry DTEK60 got the highest rating of 9 out of possible 10 points in terms of its battery. There is definitely no battery combustion issue here. Not only that, it is reported to last longer than most smartphones available.
The BlackBerry device also comes with Snapdragon 820 processor and 4GB of memory. This made using the device seamless and hassle-free. There were no reported lags which happen most of the time in other devices with a lot of included features.
The BlackBerry DTEK60 sure is a good comeback phone for BlackBerry. The device obviously needs more improvement in other aspects, but surely BlackBerry took note of those. This makes supporters anxiously waiting for the upcoming device which is reported to be the upgraded version of the DTEK60. It is reported to be introduced in this month's upcoming MWC in Barcelona.
