Although little details have been confirmed, the next-generation 2017 Subaru XV SUV will be unveiled at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show this March. The company, however, promises that the next SUV will be "packed with personality."
Other than the confirmed news that its compact SUV will be revealed on March 7 at 11 AM (Central European Time) at Subaru Booth during the Geneva Motor Show, there has been little to no detail on what the engine will be, how fast the vehicle will go, or what its interior and exterior will look like. Although apparently, the new 2017 Subaru XV SUV will be a formidable competition to that of other crossover SUV such as Mazda CX-3, Honda CR-V, and Nissan Qashqai.

Other significant details will likely come during the vehicle's launch. What we know so far is that the company has confirmed the vehicle will have the signature "Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive." Also, the recognizable boxer engine might remain, per CarAdvice.
The standard Subaru XV packs a 2.0i SE engine capable of producing 116mph. A 0-60mph in 10.5 seconds can be achieved for its dash. And its average fuel economy is at 52.3mpg. These figures are only approximate and significant improvements will indeed be featured for the new 2017 Subaru XV SUV, as reported by Express UK.
Subaru's Starlink infotainment system with DAB radio, voice recognition system, and Bluetooth will likely comprise the vehicle's infotainment system. Vehicle Dynamics Control and other safety features that came with the 2016 XV will likely be carried over to the 2017 model.
The exterior of the 2017 Subaru XV SUV seems to look relatively close to its predecessor, but not without a few minor tweaks. The new model has brand new creases, redesigned alloys allowing it to stand out when compared with the earlier model, and different lights.
But one significant change easily noticeable is that it has a significant ground clearance compared with the 2016 model. This means that the 2017 model could be competent enough when taken off-road. Also, its high stance allows for excellent visibility.
The 2017 Subaru XV SUV price range could be a bit higher compared with the 2016 model. It will be unveiled following the speech by Yasuyuki Yoshinaga, FHI President & CEO, at the 2017 Geneva Geneva Motor Show.
