The 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA full pricing and specs have been revealed a few days after its presentation in Detroit. The refurbished Mercedes-Benz compact SUV will be comprised of four petrol and three diesel engines. The starting price will be $35000 with the top range Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 4MATIC priced at $75000.
The Mercedes GLA was introduced in 2013 and recently debuted a facelift at the 2017 Detroit Auto Show. The expected development of the compact SUV of the star brand is already a reality and with a new image, improved aerodynamic section and interesting technological and mechanical innovations, the new GLA seeks to position itself as one of the best options that can be found in the SUV segment.
The complete equipment of series will continue being one of the main virtues of the GLA-class. Among other elements, it will feature High-Performance LED headlights and taillights, according to Express UK. It is also said to feature automatic lights that switch to low beam and high beam automatically, dual zone climate control, an urban package sporty look with mixed fabric covering and Leather, 18-inch alloy wheels and connectivity services.
Another feature of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA is that it will be the only model in its segment to be equipped with the 360-degree camera view with "Hands-Free Access". Finally, the new GLA will introduce new tones in the palette of colors for the bodywork, tire designs and more details in chrome for the exterior and interior.
The mechanical section, on the other hand, its range will consist of a total of seven options, four of which are petrol engines and three diesel. The access version of Petrol will be the Mercedes GLA 180 with122 hp and will be priced at $35000. It will be followed by the GLA 200 with 156hp and will be priced at $40,000, the GLA 250 with 211 hp and priced at $50000 and the top range Mercedes-AMG GLA 45 4MATIC with 381 priced at $75000.
The diesel range will onsist of the GLA 200 d with 136hp and will be priced at $37000, the GLA 220 d 7G-DCT with 177hp and priced at $42000 and the GLA 220 d also with 177hp and priced at $45000, according to AutoEvolution.
Depending on the version one chooses, there will be a manual gearbox six-speed transmission or a dual-clutch automatic seven relations. The 4Matic all-wheel drive will also be available in the range of the new 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLA.
