Police were called to the home of Lindsay Lohan after a domestic dispute with her mother early Wednesday morning.
It looked like the one time Disney star had turned her life around entering 2012, but since landing a roll playing Elizabeth Taylor in "Liz & Dick", things are back to "normal" for Lindsay.
Nassau County Police spokesperson told Reuters that police officers received a call at around 8 a.m. this morning requesting police assistance at the Lohan's home in Long Island, NY.
The argument reportedly started between Lindsey and her mom Dina Lohan on the ride home and things got worse from there.
They went inside and a physical fight occurred, leaving Lindsay with a cut on her leg. A 911 call was placed by her dad Michael Lohan claiming Lindsay was being held against her will by not only her mother but the driver of the limo as well.
Lindsay apparently called her dad during the fight, and his first reaction was to call the police to make sure things didn't get out of hand.
The two of them were reportedly partying in NY Tuesday night and didn't leave the club they attended until 4 a.m. According to the Los Angeles Times, the fight started when neither one of them could come to an agreement on where to take the limo. Lindsay wanted to go to the hotel she has been living at, meanwhile Dina wanted to go back home.
Another issue brought up in the fight was a 40,000 loan Lindsay gave her mom that has still not been paid back.
Police have said that no arrests were made.
The fight comes just a month after she was assaulted earlier this month by a man who she confronted at a hotel party in NY. Charges were dropped against Christian LaBella after police finished their investigation and couldn't determine anything Lindsay said had actually occurred.
In September she was arrested for supposedly hitting a pedestrian with her Porsche outside of a NY nightclub. Police are still looking into the matter, as a surveillance tape showed that Lohan either just grazed the man or missed him when he was trying to walk in front of her car as she was pilling into her hotel's parking garage.
