"Passengers" castmates Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence continued their press tour during a visit to BBC Radio 1 in the U.K., even playing the radio station's "Playground Insults" game. The game aimed to keep the nastiness (the stranger the insult, the better) contained in the room to bring out maximum hilarity, and lasts until someone totally cracks up or delivers the so-called "killer insult."
Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence were not afraid to get incredibly personal. During the opening moments, according to People, Jennifer Lawrence issued a series of swift takedowns. "I really loved you in Everwood (the tv drama series initially aired on the WB), said no one ever," she said. "You are so stupid that your 3-year-old son has probably taught you everything you know," she said next, following up with, "Where did you keep your Oscar?" She also called Pratt "cotton candy in human form."
According to CBS News, Chris Pratt almost broke Lawrence with his first volley: "Why did they call it 'Joy'?" He even added, "It's such a shame to meet somebody you thought you'd like." He also compared Lawrence's acting talent to Adele's singing talent, saying that he hates Adele.
They spent five minutes trying to out-insult each other, then the game got tight when Lawrence "attacked": "Before our sex scene, I took two Pepto-Bismol." Pratt became the victor with his slightly NFSW joke about their upcoming sci-fi movie, Passengers: "During our sex scene, I felt your d*** rubbing into me." Watch the entire guesting and it is a guarantee that you will not be able keep a straight face.
American actor Chris Pratt, 37, also starred as Star-Lord/Peter Quill in the movie, Guardians of the Galaxy. American actress Jennifer Lawrence, 26, played Mystique in X-Men: First Class.
