The "Final Fantasy" fans would never forget the brave and charming characters of Cloud Strife and Barret Wallace of "Final Fantasy 7." To mark the 20th Anniversary of the game, according to GameNGuide, the "Final Fantasy VII" remake would be released sometime in 2017. Like "Final Fantasy 13," the game will have three parts. A full-scale game would be experienced in each of the three parts, said Square Enix Producer Yohinori Kitase. It would be expected that each part would give a different story in different a perspective.
Players could again meet the characters of Vincent Valentine, Cid Highwind, Tifa Lockheart, and Aerith Gainsborough in the game. As reported by Ecumenical News, the trailer showed off improved visuals and hinted some probable gameplay changes. The game would now be an action-oriented battle system not like the classic game, which is a turn-based style feature in the original "Final Fantasy 7." Game director Tetsuya Nomura believes that the action-oriented gameplay is what is best for the remake.
The battles from the original "Final Fantasy 7" have greatly changed. The game offers the fans, who are not used to action-oriented play style, a special feature that would help them get used to the "Final Fantasy 7 Remake" play style. With these changes, the "Final Fantasy 7" remake developers are still busy with various aspects of the remake. Hence, fans need to wait a little bit more to know the final release date of the game.
As reported by GameNGuide, there is a rumor going around that game developer Square Enix is going to give the fans more information with regards to the "Final Fantasy 7" remake at the PSX 2016 on December 3 and 4 at the Anaheim Convention Center, California. Nomura might also explain the games "Final Fantasy 7" remake and "Kingdom Hearts 3" in the upcoming Monaco Anime Game International Conference 2017 (MAGIC) event on Feb. 19, 2017.
