In recently aired "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66, fans witnessed the chronic battle against Zamasu as Vegeta and Goku employ a never before used technique. Prior to this, "Dragon Ball Super" episode 65 left avid "DBS" in shock.
Goku counter-attacked Zamasu's strongest onslaught by doing the Kamehameha wave against him. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 66 showed fans the outcome of this light show, according to Attack Of The Fanboy.
Previously surfaced rumors were running rampant claiming that following episode 65 of "Dragon Ball Super," the upcoming episodes would center on the destruction of Merged Zamasu, who apparently would be on his melded form. Although interpreted as immortal, Zamasu was predicted to be on his contorted form and trying to make himself scarce as Vegeta and Goku fuse together to create their powerful Vegito form, News Everyday reported.
Goku does not stop after using the Kamehameha wave. An enraged Goku carries on his attack as he kicks into Zamasu's head using a Kaioken technique to knock him off. However, Goku eventually passes out as his energy is drained. Nevertheless, this does not mark the end of the duel as an infuriated Zamasu is bent on killing Black Goku, who is merely a mortal.
Gowasu, however, believes that in order to destroy Zamasu, a stronger power than the Kamehameha wave is imperative. Bearing that in mind, Goku made use of Supreme Kai's Potara earrings and urged Vegeta to join forces with him by fusing together. Left with very little choice, Vegeta agrees. Moreover, "Dragon Ball Super" episode 65 teased an omniverse tournament.
