The Grand Tour, a new show that stars former top gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond, will premiere as an Amazon Prime Exclusive on November 18.
The show is fast approaching and with just two weeks left, the show released a 15-second video that showed what it took in filming the first season of the show. The video clip showed that 27 cars were destroyed in the making of the show, also 14,951 cups of coffee were ingested and 1,474,546,320 miles were driven, even though this statement made by Clarkson was believed to have been exaggerated it is still a surprising and a really amazing figure.
Autoblog stated in its report that the video has a slew of random images from what is believed to be grand tour's first season. The premiere episode of the show was filmed In Los Angeles, in September, the second episode which was filmed in July, in Johannesburg in south Africa was the first episode that was filmed in front of a live audience. Episode three was filmed in Whitby, in England, episode four was filmed in Rotterdam, in Netherlands. Episode five, six and seven are not yet filmed but will take place in Lapland, Finland, Stuttgart Germany and Nashville, Tennessee respectively.
The grand tour can only be watched on Amazon Prime and also a potential viewer who intends to watch the show must have to subscribe to Amazon's video streaming service with an Amazon prime account. Amazon prime offers unlimited streaming services of movies and videos on Amazon TV stick, tablets and mobile phones. Further information has not been released but according to financial news, the show is scheduled to start this November on Amazon Prime and features the gang driving incredibly fast cars, will be going on random adventures and traveling to exotic locations as seen in the trailer.
