Ever wish for a car with a speed of 1500hp to drive at the streets full throttle? Everyone surely does, and this can be a reality soon as Severn Valley Motorsport (SVM) announced a competition where one lucky winner can get their Nissan Qashqai-R, a one of a kind 1500HP R35 Nissan GT-R engine car that cost more than £200000, for the measly price of $13.
The Nissan Qashqai-R Contest
The Competition is open for entry to individuals, companies and other legal entities and the mechanics are easy. Interested parties can buy a raffle ticket worth £10 ($13) or £25 ($33) for a triple entry and answer all 3 questions in their quiz correctly.
The paid raffle entry will be invalid without the correct answer, so contestants must get those thinking caps on. Once the questions are answered, the raffle entries are validated.
How Much of a Beast is the Nissan Qashqai-R?
The Nissan Qashqai-R of Severn Valley Motorsport can be considered as the fastest crossover SUV in the world, equipped with two Garrett GT35 Series 'SVM Custom Spec' turbochargers, Nissan GT-R running gear, Bugatti Veyron Fuel Pumps, SVM exhaust system high-performance 102 mm, Dixcel brakes and seats that are GT-R legacy.
This beast on wheels is able to accelerate to complete a quarter mile in just 9.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 222 miles per hour in 1.61 seconds. In fact, the Nissan Qashqai-R was able to beat the Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari, Lamborghini and Porsche, among others on Top Gear's VMax 200 event last year.
Important Reminders on the Nissan Qashqai-R Raffle
It is important to note that if no entrant provides the correct answer to the question/s, no prize shall be awarded. Also worth noting is that if the organzers dont get 10,000 entries, the winner will not win the Nissan Qashqai-R but rather, the total amount of money supplied by the people who entered. While this would still be a worthy amount, a cash prize is just not as exciting as acquiring a Bugatti Veyron killer.
Aspiring owners of this one of a kind Nissan Qashqai-R have have until December 31 to enter the competition. Good luck to all!
