More than 278 dealers of Audi America will be working together to improve dealership operations with the educational association of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA).
With the signing of the partnership with the NADA University online virtual classroom training, Audi became the world’s first automaker to train its dealers across the nation. Dealership employees of Audi will be certified with training from the university and will also be assisted financially.
“Audi America feels proud for partnering with the NADA to train our dealers for improving operational skills at our own cost. NADA University has proven its best quality of virtually training business strategy and applied science in marketing it. We are hopeful that our association with the University will yield some good results,” said Reinhard Fischer, Director of Strategy for Audi America.
The decision to train dealers came in conjunction with the automaker's new strategy "Customer Delight" program, under which the luxury car brand intends to change its brand image, publicity, work force, and operating values. The global car maker has said to achieve its goal by 2020.
“It would be an essential responsibility for the employees of Audi to come together and execute the process. It will be a team effort and every individual would be ideating to see the growth of the company. It’s not only the management which always makes the important decisions. It is an example that even a dealer based on North American can join in taking an initiative to improve the results for Audi America,” adds Fischer.
