Car Sales Roared in March, Best Quarter Since 2007

The sales of cars in in the month of March roared like never before, proving the best first quarter since 2007. The impressive record in March has inspired and welcomed in a new way to break the same record in the following months.

The car sales in March seemed climbed to almost 1.5 million for a 17 per cent improvement from the year ealier March in 2010. According to the forecast of reputed survey agency, a whopping car sales of more than 26 per cent, compared to sales in February, has been witnessed in the month of March. So, the result puts the monitoed Seasonally Adjusted Annual Rate (SAAR) of sales at 14.9 million cars.

Analyzing the total car sales in the previous month February as strong and had surpassed the records of previous months. Whereas in the month of March, sales suggest indeed the February wasn’t fluke and the beneficiary of mild winter weather add mroe in churning more sales. As per the opinions of the industry experts, March is an importatn industry compared the rest of the months in an year since it sales rates are the highest.

Automakers are under strong confjidence that the reocvery of car sale in the month of March would stay like this for a while till the mid-April. And they are boosting production to meet the higher customer deamand. Automakes and industery experts are expected to start hiking their full-year sales forecasts now the booking already closed even before the solid first quarter.

Vehicles for business purposes are indeed seeing some record sales and higher growth in the months to come. Suggesting that finally it’s a time to replace some old feets in the market. As the industry sources aptly put it, regular consumers aren’t just making some random dicision to buy transporation vehicles but instead they are giving more importance to luxury and utilities.
