An online automotive information and communications platform, TrueCar, Inc., announced that more than thousands of Certified Dealer partners have sold over 500,000 cars using the TrueCar.com platform.

The TrueCar service continues to gain momentum. It took TrueCar Certified Dealer partners nearly five years to sell their first 100,000 vehicles through the TrueCar platform. Since then, the service has become more popular, with Certified Dealer partners selling the next 100,000 cars in nine months, six months and five months, respectively, before its latest feat in just over four months.
