Porsche has announced it will recall its 911 GT3 sports-vehicle after two of them caught fire recently.

The German automaker has urged drivers to stop using the vehicle as they can develop engine issues and potentially catch fire as well, according to the Associated Press.

The recall affects 785 vehicles for the 2014 model year, including 408 models in the U.S.

The issue is so serious, the Volkswagen-owned automaker has also announced it will pick up the vehicles from an owner's home and taken them to a dealership for inspection instead of asking owners to do so, according to AP.

Porsche dealers are being instructed to check the engines of the GT3. Owners are not recommended to drive them until being inspected.

Company spokesman Nick Twork said oil caught fire in both vehicles, and engineers are currently conducting studies to figure out how this happened.

"There have been no accidents or personal injuries," the company said in the statement. "The internal examinations of the reason for the engine failures aren't finalized yet."

The two vehicle fires occurred in Europe, according to AP.

Twork said the automaker will offer loaner cars.
