iOS Untethered Jailbreak Update: October Release From Evad3rs May Not Happen Over Malaysia Trip

Those who are patiently waiting for an iOS 7 jailbreak will probably have to wait till sometime in November after it was confirmed the hacking team known as the evad3rs traveled to Malaysia for a training on iOS hacking.

One of the evad3rs, who goes by the Twitter name @pimskeks, posted on his account that the team is going to "hurry up" and hopefully release a jailbreak soon, but it most likely won't happen this month.

It's been almost a month since iOS 7 was released, and around the same time one of the evad3rs who goes by the Twitter name @Planetbeing said he was looking into freeing devices, but users would have to be patient.

The evad3rs are well-known for being the only team to jailbreak iOS 6 last winter, but there jailbreak was blocked thanks to the release of iOS 6.1.3.

A new jailbreak has not been released since then, as the evad3rs determined anything released after iOS 6 was not worth there time.

The conference that the team ran was called Hack in the Box (HITB), and started on Oct. 14 through Oct. 17.

Training videos will be released before the end of this year, according to the AssociatedNews.

Since the conference is over, the evad3rs are now expected to meet to start working on a jailbreak for iOS 7 again.

To those who are tired of waiting and are tempted to download something else, don't, because everything that is currently offered is a scam.
