Clark Gable Son Arrested For DUI After Hitting 6 Parked Vehicles In Malibu (PHOTOS)

The son of Oscar-winning actor Clark Gable has been arrested for driving under the influence after crashing into six cars and a house on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu on Tuesday.

John Clark Gable, 52, was officially booked after his white pickup truck allegedly crashed into the back of another vehicle near to Malibu Pier at about 3 p.m on April 2 according to the CNN.

"The suspect's vehicle collided into six parked vehicles at 21322 Pacific Coast Highway," said a watch sergeant according to E! News.

After deputies conducted a number of different sobriety tests, Gable was arrested and is still currently in custody as of press time.

"Boys will be boys, and he was playing with what he thought was a toy and not a felony piece," Roxane Davis, the manager, said to CNN. "From what he told me from jail, he had it out the window, and he was shining it out the window, and the next thing he knew was that he had a spotlight on him."

The incident caused a huge traffic jam that extended "for miles" along the coast according to the Associated Press.

"It appears alcohol and/or drugs were involved," LAPD law enforcement said to TMZ.

This the second time Gable has made headlines in under a year for all the wrong reasons. His 41-year-old girlfriend, was found dead of an accidental prescription drug overdose just under a year ago, but police determined Gable was not involved in the incident according to The Huffington Post.

In 2011, Clark Gable III was arrested for pointing a laser at an LAPD helicopter according to CNN. He was charged with a felony and sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Clark Gable, once called the King of the Hollywood, is best known for played Rhett Butler in the 1939 classic movie "Gone With the Wind." He died in 1960 according to CNN.
