On the inside, the 2017 Buick LaCrosse is made with top-quality materials and a lush, but not the overdone feel that is the hallmark of the automaker. Materials used for the new LaCrosse are a good mix of leathers, wood, plastics, and faux metal edging.
Also, like many big sedans, the new LaCrosse has a spacious interior with enough legroom for one six-footers to sit behind another. The rear headroom is more limited due to the car's sloping roofline.
Under the hood, the new LaCrosse is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine that produces 310 hp and 282 lb-ft of torque that is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. It comes with amenities in the base LaCrosse trim level, but has more luxury, safety and technology features in the Preferred, Essence, and Premium trim levels.
The 2017 Buick LaCrosse also comes with a lot of safety features. It includes ten standard airbags, automatic park assist, lane keeps assist, adaptive cruise control, forward automatic braking, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, a rear vision camera, forward collision alert and safety alert seat.
