Pininfarina H600: A Luxury Sedan Equipped With Eco-Friendly Technologies

Italian car design firm Pininfarina recently unveiled the new sedan dubbed simply as the H600. The Pininfarina H600 is scheduled to make its official debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show which is expected to open its doors in March. Pininfarina is developing the H600 for the Hong Kong-based motor company Hybrid Kinetic Group.

Not a lot of details are known about the Pininfarina H600. The company described it as a "luxury sedan concept with new energy propulsion." This description has led many motoring analysts to believe that the H600 will be an electric powered car, something that is backed by the fact that Hybrid Kinetic Group is known for developing electric motor vehicles and engines. The company is known for manufacturing alternative energy powertrains and developing new technologies in this industry.

Based on the photos of the Pininfarina H600 released to the public, it shows a prominent grilled, a creased hood design, and angled headlights. In the interior, the car sports a fully digital dashboard, a large steering wheel with a flat bottom, and wood grain pieces. The design also hints at a possible luxury car, which will most likely pack an electric motor. According to Auto Express, the photos also reveal a brush metal surround, a design concept that adds to the luxury aura of the car.

According to Auto Blog, the Pininfarina H600 will most likely share the same space as the Fittipaldi EF7 Vision Grand Turismo, a supercar developed and created by Emerson Fittipaldi and engineered by HWA. Both the H600 and the EF7 are evidence of Pininfarina's growing diversification. The Italian company was once reliant on Ferrari and other Italian brands as its main client base. Lately, the company has broadened its market which now covers automotive styling and other industries like engineering consulting.
