Justin Bieber's Ferrari was pulled over yet again this week, the same vehicle that a paparazzi member was chasing last month before he was struck by an oncoming car.

Eyewitnesses confirmed the singer wasn't behind the wheel of the vehicle, as it was driven by a man while a woman sat in the passenger's seat. The Ferrari was pulled over at around 12:30 a.m. on Sunset Boulevard according to E! News.

The guy behind the wheel was Lil Za, who doesn't have a license, so deputies put him in the back of the squad car and it seemed like he was under arrest. Driving without a license is an arrestable offense in California.

Instead of putting the rapper behind bars, Lil Za was issued a citation and released.

Shortly after, an SUV pulled up and parked at a nearby gas station and picked up Bieber's car and the man and woman according to TMZ.

Freelance photographer Chris Guerra, 29, was killed on New Year's Day when he was hit by a car along Sepulveda Boulevard while trying to get a picture of Bieber's Ferrari. Bieber had been pulled over for a routine traffic stop, but was not driving the vehicle at the time.
